you have entered these details, you’ll be asked to fill out some contact

card. Set the number of stamps and the validity period of the stamp card.Reward title and

plan and start a 30-day free trial.
Step 5: Activate Stamp Card

up your Stamp Card LIVE.
Step 6: Table Display Print
Download the
Table Displays PDF file and use it for guidance. If you want a more stylish design, submit a
request, and we'll create one for you.
Step 7: Sign-up
Customers
Now that you’ve printed Table Displays and Flyers, it’s time to get them
in front of customers. Place Table Displays around your venue so customers can see your Loyalty
Program and join.
Step 8: Start campaigns
Start campaigns targeting
members from the dashboard. Watch your sales grow.
You can immediately start using the Jstamp system for 30 days. No
hardware is required to get started. If you choose to continue the service after the trial
period, a prepaid monthly subscription fee will be charged, and you can cancel anytime. There
are no additional setup fees, marketing costs, or hidden fees during the trial period.
Yes, you can cancel anytime without prior notice, whether during or
after the free trial period. Cancelling during the free trial period will not incur any
charges.
If you have more than two locations, what should you do? You can add as many
additional locations as you like by paying the additional monthly fee per location. Please
contact our customer service to add locations. The cost per location is US$20/month. We will
send you an email with payment instructions once your request is processed. For further details,
please contact your local partner.
After the 30-day free trial, charges will be billed every 30 days. You
are not obligated and can cancel the service anytime.
No, there are absolutely no installation costs.
A. Using the Jstamp Store App
1. Open and Login
to Jstamp Store App:
- Access the Jstamp Store App and log in using your
dashboard account credentials.
- If you don't have the Jstamp Store app yet,
download it now.
2. Select QR Code Scan:
- Choose the QR code
scanning option.
3. Scan the QR Code of the Customer's the Jstamp
App:
- Scan the customer's QR code using the app and select the number of stamps to
issue.
4. Review Confirmation:
- Confirm the details. If any changes
are needed, press "No.
5. Apply Stamps:
- Select "Yes"
to apply the stamps to the customer's account.
B. Issuing Stamps to
Delivery Customers Using the Jstamp Store App
1. Customer Enters
"Jstamp member number":
- During the delivery order process,
customers enter their Jstamp Member Number.
2. Open and Login to Jstamp Store
App:
- Access the Jstamp Store App and log in using your dashboard account
credentials.
3. Select "Enter Number (Delivery)":

Choose the option to enter the customer's membership number for delivery orders.

Enter Customer's Membership Number:
- Input the provided member
number.
5. Review Confirmation:
- Verify the details. If changes
are needed, press "No."
6. Apply Stamps:
- Select
"Yes" to issue the stamps to the customer's
account.
C. Using the Digital Stamp
1. Present the Jstamp
App:
- Customers should present their Jstamp App.
- There's no
need to look for a store’s stamp card.
2. Stamp It!!:
- Use the
digital stamp to stamp directly on the phone. The number of stamps can be selected as
needed.
Customers present the rewards they want to use in the Jstamp
app's Rewards tab. They can then tap on the digital stamp, scan the QR code, or use the
manual use button.
Yes, this app works across all industries. Our system is utilized in

Yes, you can set minimum spending amounts and include other
prerequisites for reward redemption through the detailed description of the reward.
Yes, customers need to download the Jstamp app to receive stamps by
simply tapping on the first screen without needing to add a card.
No, there is no need for any hardware or specialized equipment to
operate Jstamp. You can simply add stamp codes and print out signup codes to get the system up
and running.
By simply scanning the digital stamp on the first screen of the Jstamp
app, customers can both find the store and receive stamps. It provides the same experience as
traditional paper stamp cards.
It only takes 20 minutes to set up your loyalty program. Get started
now. It's free for 30 days, and you can easily cancel anytime.When you activate the loyalty
program, your loyalty card will be instantly displayed in the Jstamp app.
You can display up to 100 stamps on the loyalty card. If you need
more, please contact our customer service.
Yes! You can add as many rewards as you want to the card. You can
assign one reward per stamp number.
Stamp Rally is used for special campaigns where customers collect
stamps from multiple stores or different locations. If you're a mall administrator, you can
utilize it in various ways. Stamp Rally can also be used in various tourism contexts. For more
details, inquire at the Help Center. Local partners provide detailed guidance.For example, Stamp
Rally can serve as a marketing tool to encourage visits to different stores. By visiting 10 or
more stores out of 100, customers can receive rewards. Surveys can be conducted, and
participants can be entered into prize drawings. Various campaigns like these can be run. This
digital passport is referred to as Stamp Rally.
With Delivery Stamp, you can issue unique loyalty stamps to all
customers ordering from home. While customers may order using delivery platforms, you can still
reward them with Delivery Stamps, even for orders placed through sales channels beyond your
control. Customers can provide their customer number when ordering, and you can apply stamps
directly to their account using the Jstamp Store app. Try it out using your account on the
Jstamp Store app. It's very easy.
